By participating in the Proaction Roadshow Referral Program (“Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

• Open to individuals 18 years or older.
• Employees of Proaction, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
• Participants may not refer themselves.

2. How the Program Works

• Participants scan the QR code on the Proaction Roadshow van and submit a referral form with accurate contact information for the referred individual (“Referral”).
• Referrals must be:
• Fleet managers, decision-makers, or individuals responsible for fleet operations, OR
• Individuals employed at companies with fleets or asset-heavy operations that could reasonably benefit from Proaction.
• A referral is considered “successful” when: 1) The referred individual schedules and attends a qualifying demo with the Proaction team, and 2)The referral has not been previously submitted by another participant.

3. Rewards

• Participants will receive $100 for each qualified demo that is booked and completed through their referral.
• A participant may receive rewards for up to five (5) qualified demos, with a maximum payout of $500.
• Rewards will be paid via ACH, PayPal, or another mutually agreed method within 30 days after the demo is completed.
• If multiple participants refer the same individual, the first referral received by Proaction will be eligible.

4. Program Restrictions

• Referrals must be genuine and have a legitimate interest in exploring Proaction. Fraudulent or fabricated referrals will be disqualified.
• Referrals must attend the demo to qualify. No-shows do not count.
• Rewards may be subject to tax reporting. Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes.
• Proaction reserves the sole right, in its absolute discretion, to determine the eligibility of any referral. Eligibility may include, but is not limited to, factors such as the size, nature, or suitability of the referred fleet or organization. Proaction further reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

5. General

• Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• Proaction’s decisions regarding eligibility, rewards, and Program rules are final and binding.
• This Program is void where prohibited by law.
