Fleet Success Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a Fleet Success Manager to be the bridge between our customers and our product. You'll work directly with fleet operators to help them get the most out of Proaction, turning their feedback into product improvements and their success into case studies.

What You'll Do

  • Onboard new fleet customers and ensure they're set up for success from day one
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of fleet accounts
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable product insights for the engineering team
  • Build playbooks and documentation to scale our onboarding and success processes
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Partner with sales on renewals and account growth strategy
  • Use AI tools to streamline onboarding workflows, analyze customer health data, and build better playbooks faster

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role in B2B SaaS
  • Strong communication skills — you can talk to a fleet manager and an engineer in the same day
  • Experience building customer success processes at an early-stage company
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Bonus: experience with fleet management, telematics, or logistics
